Article 1: Scope

Iron Distribution reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.

The conditions in force at the time of the order will be the only applicable.

Article 2: Offer and order

2.1. The offers presented by Iron Distribution on the site are valid as long as they are visible on the site, and this while stocks last. The photographs and descriptions of the products are given as an indication, and may be subject to slight modifications without the responsibility of Iron Distribution can not be engaged or that the regularity of the sale can not be challenged.

Upon receipt of the Customer's order, Iron Distribution checks the availability of the product (s) ordered. In the event that the product is no longer available, Iron Distribution undertakes, as soon as it becomes aware of the unavailability and at the latest within thirty (30) days of the validation of the order by the Customer, to inform it by e-mail of unavailability and offer him either an exchange or a refund of the price of the product (s) out of stock. The rest of the Customer's order will be shipped normally.

2.2. Any order validated by the Customer implies final and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, and the prices and descriptions of the products ordered. The validity of the order means upon confirmation by Iron Distribution of its acceptance to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer and subject to available stocks. Of course, Iron Distribution cannot be held responsible for any error occurring during the entry of the order by the Customer.

2.3. Iron Distribution notably reserves the right to refuse to validate and honor an order made by:

A Customer whose Iron Distribution can legitimately assume that he is legally incapable (minor, incapable adult ...) or that he uses a fraudulent means of payment.

A Customer who has not paid all or part of a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

A Customer living near a skateshop or a store distributing the same products as on Iron Distribution. Support and bring the local scene to life!

Article 3: Price

The prices of the products appearing on the web pages of the site mean:

In euros all taxes included (VAT applicable on the day of the order) and are subject to change at any time.

Excluding delivery costs (transport, packaging and logistics) which will be applied in addition and indicated before validation and confirmation of order by the Customer.

Iron Distribution retains ownership of the products until full payment.

Article 4: Payments and security

Payments are made only via the secure Paypal system. It is not necessary to have an account on Paypal to be able to access the payment.

Article 5: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor to pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs.

The return of articles must be made under the conditions of article 6 and can only be accepted for products specific to their re-sale, in perfect condition and complete (instructions, accessories, etc.) in their original packaging accompanied by of the original invoice. An exchange, a credit or a refund at the choice of the Customer will be made as quickly as possible within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the package and verification of its content. No return of damaged products and / or not subject to re-sale by the Customer and / or recordable product if it is not sealed in its original packaging such as CD, DVD, etc. will be accepted. In order to facilitate the processing of his request, the Customer will enclose with the return all information useful for its processing by Iron Distribution (contact details of the Customer, copy or reference of the invoice, choice of refund, credit and / or exchange, etc.) .

Article 6: Delivery and return

Products purchased by the Customer always travel at the risk of the latter. It is the responsibility of the Customer or his client to check the good condition of the goods upon receipt thereof. Where applicable, the Customer must mention the reservations necessary for delivery and inform the carrier thereof within three (3) days by registered letter. A copy of this letter should be sent to Iron Distribution for information. Iron Distribution cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery beyond its control (delay in delivery on the part of the post office or the carrier in charge of delivering the order). The products offered on the Iron Distribution site are delivered everywhere in mainland France. In the event of non-conformity, defectiveness concerning the products, the return of the latter can only be accepted for products in perfect condition and complete (instructions, accessories, etc.) in their original packaging accompanied by the original invoice . The Customer returning a product bears the risks of transport and must make the shipment under conditions similar to the initial shipment made by Iron Distribution. If the non-conformity of the product is our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the return costs up to the maximum limit of the initial shipping costs for the product concerned. An exchange, a credit or a refund at the choice of the Customer will be made as quickly as possible within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the package and verification of its content and the reason for the return.

No product returns will be accepted:

If the product is damaged and / or not subject to re-sale by the Customer.

If recordable products such as CD, DVD, etc. are not sealed in their original packaging.

Unless otherwise specified during the validation of the order or in the order confirmation, Iron Distribution undertakes to deliver the Customer's order within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the order confirmation by Iron Distribution. Beyond this period, the Customer is entitled to cancel the order and must inform Iron Distribution thereof.

Article 7: Responsibilities and guarantees

Iron Distribution could not be held responsible for the total or partial non-fulfillment of its obligations resulting from the Customer or from a case of force majeure such as natural disaster, total or partial strike in particular of the postal, transport or telecommunication services, war , fire, flood, the list is not exhaustive. All products purchased on the Iron Distribution site benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code and the conformity guarantee of articles L211-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

The use of products is always under the responsibility of the Customer. Iron Distribution cannot in any case engage its responsibility for damages resulting from a fault of the Customer within the framework of the use of the products and / or for particular uses expected from the Customer which would be different from the normal use of the said products.

The responsibility of Iron Distribution cannot in any event exceed the direct and foreseeable damage that may result from the use by the Customer of the site and of the products delivered.

Article 10: Proof and archiving

The computerized registers, kept in Iron Distribution's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties. Archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable support so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1348 of the civil code. It is expressly agreed that the Parties may communicate with each other by electronic means for the purposes of this document, provided that technical security measures intended to guarantee the confidentiality of the data exchanged are put in place. The two Parties agree that the e-mails exchanged between them validly prove the content of their exchanges and, where applicable, of their commitments, in particular with regard to the transmission and acceptance of orders.

Article 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are subject to French law. Iron Distribution and the Client will attempt to settle any dispute amicably and in a transactional manner. If there is no possibility of finding a solution to the dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
